Is everyone here keto? Where are all the carbs??

Carbs every day, keto too much trouble!

I do carbs! I have type 2 diabetes so I try to stay under 45 g per meal & 15 g p if I have a snack. I do notice that I tend to lose quicker the less carbs I eat though!

I am trying to do keto. I've been trying for a little over a month. I'm not totally sure what I'm doing, but I'm down 13lbs. So that's a plus. Lol

I do carbs in the form of 2 fruit servings (6 oz) and one grain or a potato serving (4 oz) per day. And then of course there are the carbs from alcoholic beverages...

Carbs here, too. I'm mostly going on portion control rather than any of the specific 'diet plans'. (Color me skeptical of most of them.)
