Ok....time to get back on it!!!! Weather is cooling down, so I can get some exercise in. Haven't been watching what I eat or exercising and IT SHOWS!!!!!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
