I took a couple of weeks off and gained 3 pounds. I'm getting back on the wagon today.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The hardest part for me is always how not to gain when you're not dieting. It's just so easy to slip back into old habits of eating, especially with a little stress like Irma added in. The secret is to get it back off right away when it comes back on. You can do it! Vanquish!
