Woke at 223.4, up 1.2 as the bulk of my late dinner stays with me. Resting at home today but catching up on reading and writing for work (is that mutually exclusive?) Took Lasix so hoping to drop some more water weight. But I'm up two pounds in fat over the past few months, too. The 'reverse dieting' where I am eating more calories per day is still a thing. I'm not freaking out about the high 2-teens and 220s, but I would like to see that weight start to drop again (at least the body fat numbers). Have a great Sunday, everyone. UPDATE: Mid-month course change. Watching Dr. Ron Rosedale and he has convinced me to try a significantly lower protein target and to increase my fat intake again. The last two months, I've upped protein but as a person with cancer, I need to lean towards reducing my mTOR more than anything else. I will still target keto level carbs but will try to get the vast number of calories from fat. This will be a significant challenge but will be the latest experiment. Weighed 219.4 before dinner. Going to take our daughter Emily to see the new pub where Jason works. Poor thing, he got home from cooking and is heading back there again! Let's see... what can I eat that is mostly fat? A: Breaded Cod, meatballs, mushrooms!

There is a 3 day 'fat fast' where you eat up to 2 avocados a day, as much bacon as you want and up to 4 oz cheese.

I agree with Mini - avocados are a delicious way to get the fat count up and give you some veggies too.
