I'm feeling pretty awesome today! It had been awhile since I really stayed on top of watching what I ate and I started to really eat unhealthy snacks. It's soooo easy to do when you're always on the run or at home you're out of food. I really need to make an attempt to learn to cook so that I can make healthy things. I'm getting so sick of this roller coaster of losing the weight and then gaining it back from unhealthy junk food. But yesterday was the first time in what must be either weeks/months that I actually had a hoop session in my backyard. And it was a long one! :) I guess that helped with making good decisions today because I'm actually eating right! Tomorrow I will remember to bring my hoop and have a hoop session during lunch. If I can start doing this everyday, not only will I improve my hoop skills, but I'll continue to keep that weight off! Plus, I need to take advantage of the nice weather while it lasts!!
