Well, today is the first day of my self-imposed challenge, "Meat Challenge". I also created a challenge group that is open to join for the next several hours.
I wanted to do a week of Atkins induction level and induction legal carbing. That means no grains, no nuts, no fruit, no starchy veggies, etc. All carbs must be at or below 20 per day. Whew!
I've posted my food journal for the day. Everything is accurate except for dinner. I posted what I plan to eat, but will update if anything changes.
I must say though....I am really wanting a Miracle Brownie right now. LOL.
