Haven't been too successful in losing as I planned. Lost job and have been stressed out. I am a stress eater. I truley found that out these past weeks. Am going to try and get back on track.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
