sO ENCOURAGED. EATING HEALTHY HAS MADE ME STEADILY LOSE WEIGHT AND STICK WITH IT BECAUSE I'M NOT HUNGRY ALL THE TIME. EATING MORE LEAN PROTEIN IN PLACE OF RED MEAT KEEPS ME FULL LONGER AND IS GOOD FOR ME. I MADE A VERY LOW FAT LASAGNE THIS WEEKEND.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
