Well I have been doing very well about tracking what I eat. Been drinking lots of water, more than normal and even broke out the Jillian DVDs and starting working out again. I have a very good week, I lost 3 lbs! Woot Woot. My life is still stressful, but out of my control so try not worry about it. My husband and I are running away from home this weekend to a long weekend in the UP of Michigan and staying in a little cabin on the beach with 175 feet of shore line and faces the sunset on Lake Superior. I can't wait! Will be nice to get away.
