This is going nowhere. In three weeks less than half a pound. YUK. I don't know whether I will ever get this weight off and I am trying and sticking tot he plan. I don't cheat at all. What else can I do.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Are you tracking your food intake? If you eat more calories than your burning off, you may not lose (even on Atkins). Are you drinking water to flush out sodium and stay hydrated? Are you following the plan as written? Are you getting in some exercise? Sometimes people need to kick up their metabolism with exercise. You might need to see how many calories your eating.
