I have been on Keto for a little over a month and I am down 6.8 lbs. Yay! Learning more everyday and finding the things that work for me. It is awesome seeing consistent weight loss, even when it is a small drop. I have never done anything this easy in regards to sticking to a plan. Love all the support out there! It helps to know you have company in the journey to better health.

Thanks!!! I have been trying to get this weight off and never has it been this easy!!! I usually loose about 5 lbs and then gain and then its a regular rollercoaster... After the first 2 weeks, KETO has been the trick! Loving it! For the most part I don't feel the least bit deprived. I know the holiday season will be tricky, but if I plan ahead, I should be good. So great to be able to fit back into my old jeans! Glad I didn't give them away!
