Bummed...no one to blame but myself for that week moment yesterday. Back at it today and lots of determination...NO EXCUSES!

Don't worry...I have bad days also...eating a chocolate bar for lunch isn't healthy...but doesn't Dr. Oz, say that to eat a little everyday...LOL

me too,like friday i hadnt eatin anything most of the day then got a twix as i was on the move,not the best op but i thou what harm as it was only 144 cals lol
