Sunrise's Journal, 24 March 2012

Finished the resolution challenge and made some good progress. I will be posting after pics shortly.

Edited: here's my before and after picture :). Note: the before picture was actually taken on Jan 15th, 2 weeks after the start of the challenge. And, it was a full 2 months after I started my weight loss journey so it's not truly a before picture. But it still shows some progress.

Hopefully this works...

218.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
