I think about food too much. I think in the afternoon when the kids are gone I am going to start playing music in my classroom so my mind doesn't wander.

I think too much about food too!! I like to watch the shows; read the magazines; plan meals, cook......I'm trying to channel that energy into trying new healthy foods and low calorie options with lots of flavor.
Don't think I'll ever lose my passion for food...so I need to learn how to incorporate it into a new lifestyle :)
