So today wasn't the best day diet wise. I went over on my carbs by accident. It was all on veggies which is good but I still went over which isn't. The big problem I now was I didn't have my salad for lunch, instead I finished off my leftover french's crunchy onion chicken and that put me over. I'm going to need to search the Atkin's list for other veggies I like that are lower carbs. Seems the ones I loves are on the higher end of the "low" spectrum so I can have as many veggies I want so I get stuck. Also, I didn't get any exercise. I had a really lazy day - like literally was laying in the hammock in the heat with the dogs panting at my feet kinda day. That's not going to help me either.
On a positive note, I've brought my water consumption up dramatically the last few days (sure doesn't hurt that it's been so warm!) and I'm drinking about a liter with each meal and another 2 liters spread throughout the rest of the day. I think this is helping my weight loss and hopefully this amount of water will help counter the extra few carbs I had today. Tomorrow I'll be more careful with everything!
