Not a good two week stretch. Not entirely too many foods but higher in carbs.
300.0 lb Lost so far: 112.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

If you're doing LCHF (Keto), your proteins look a little "high" - I try to make mine (when I can) about HALF my fats.
