I had plateued on Atkins at 150 for almost two weeks and was getting very discouraged. I didn't feel good and was missing my favorite foods. Slim fast is easier for me to keep track of as well. After my first day back on slim fast (and a 1 hour Zumba class!) I dropped another 2 lbs!! Now that is motivation!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
