I try to expend a lot if energy at work. It's a little difficult considering I'm all but chained to my register, but I think I've been managing.

I feel a little guilty for my pasta dinner last night... but oh well. Tonight I'm doing sushi and more pasta (udon)!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
