I am into my second week of P90, and just as I had expected from experience from the past, I am either gaining a few pounds or staying the same. I have to keep telling myself that muscle weighs more than fat, and I am certainly building more muscle. I have also begun running in the mornings with a really good friend before work. We have been running about 2 miles, and I would like to be able to run 4-5 miles in one stretch. I will slowly build to that point.

The weather has been wonderful and spring fever has definitely hit me!!! Have a great day!!!
