Today is the first day of the Cabbage Soup Diet that I will be on for the next 7 days. The diet plan seem's pretty simple and I am hoping to lose at least 4 pounds by the end of the week. Wish me luck!

Thanks! I ended up losing 6 pounds in a week, so I am happy. I don't know if it will actually stay off but I am hoping it decreased my appetite a little.
