Starting first week of Kris Gethins 4 weeks to shred at Bodybuilding.com. Currently I'm at 244, My weight was going up, but the fat percent was going down and the muscle percent is going up as reported by the weigh meter this morning. The workout requires 100 minutes of cardio a day, 50 min in the morning and 50 min in the evening. Also less than 200gr of carbs and spreading my meals through the day. People who has tried it says they got up to 15 pounds less.
