Cant' seem to get back on the wagon as my will power is gone

I just went through the same thing. Search for reasons and then search your soul. You'll find an inner strength to stick with it.

Think about the main reason for starting and focus on that. Put sticky notes on every door you enter and exit as a reminder and make another entry in a week. It's not about "will power" it's all about the "POWER OF YOUR WILL" to succeed! Good Luck....Hear from ya in a week!
