I've been running for over a year now and I think my body has gotten used to it because I am no longer losing weight! Monday I tried weight machines at the gym for the first time in forever. Conclusion, my upper body is way out of shape. I am still sore 2 days later. Hopefully doing weights will shock my system a bit and help me lose weight. Only problem is it makes me so hungry and I go home and binge! I need to find balance...
