Went out to eat with friends Friday to a mexican restaurant, did very well ordered chicken fajitas, no tortillas, beans or rice and had a dollop of guacomole and a glass of water. No one even knew I was dieting had a great time and a great meal and enjoyed the company and remained true to my new way of eating. Now a new week and a new goal for March to lose 10 pounds this month.
