hi everyone! Well I'm doing it! Tomorrow will be 1 week on Atkins induction phase. Let's hope I can be successful! However, if someone can maybe help answer the question I'm about to ask...How come I feel so bloated today with a slight barely nothing stomach ache? I haven't ate anything unusual.
Any help to explain why I feel this way will greatly be appreciated!

are you drinking at the bare minimum 64 ounces of water or accepted liquids every day? Also you may need to add fiber (metamucil or mira lax) to your food/drink. seems to be pretty common in this phase.

Thanks Shalomie! :) Yes,I'm drinking more then 8 glasses of water a day, more or less 10-12 glasses per day. I will run out and buy some fiber to add, thanks! So basically this is normal after week one? will it improve?

my work partner and I are a week apart in this phase and she had constipation and I didn't but once she started adding metamucil once daily she was good "to go" =) once you start adding more carbs back in suposidly it gets better
