I think I have hit my plateau. But, it is my own sweet fault. I haven't excercised in the last couple of days because my social calendar has had me so busy. Although I did go to Knott's Berry Farm That was alot of walking. Maybe my scale is broken. And maybe it was the Sake and the Beer on St. Patty's Day. This week is a new week time to star anew!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
