I started off at 198.6 pounds two weeks ago. I am now going to begin the charting process because I keep forgetting when I eat! I am on the 5-1 plan.

Medifast has an app you can use on your phone and it will remind you to eat every 2.5 or 3 hours (however you set it up). I found it on TSFL.com. Good luck!
