Good Morning Dear Diary, WELL WELL WELL . Isn't it AMAZING how just 1 week of being good and doing my INTERMITTENT FASTING can get me back in control So very happy. Last week I had zoomed up to 161.0 lbs, NOW after 1 week, I'm weighing in at 157.0 oh yeah!!!!I'll stay with Atkins Induction and the Intermittent Fasting for awhile. Also I need to make sure I'm drinking MORE Water. Well, time to get my day started with my Morning Mocha. Until Next Week Dear Diary. I'M THINKING THIN. Marlene
