I'm working hard at getting back down to goal. It hasn't been easy. I have been feeling lethargic for the last week, like it is an effort to do anything. I have started taking a vitamin b-12 supplement hoping that will help.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck. I have felt that way often. Has your doctor checked your vitamin D and potasium? The other year I was doing poorly and need supplies for both. I guess it is normal to slow down a little as we get older, but it sure is the pits. Hope you're feeling better soon.

I was taking B12 until blood test showed too high levels. As NanaKP said, plus magnesium.
