Big drop overnight. I began this journey Monday, eating low carb for Mon/Tues, and peeing a lot! Weighed in at 196 Wed morning. Went to 195 Thursday, when I officially started this PSMF. Lost 5 lbs the next day, and yes, I spent a while in the bathroom! Not sure what caused it.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 74.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The biggest drops occur in the beginning - just hang on, you get use to it.
