trying to move on after a horrible break up :(

every breakup is an opportunity to learn from the mistakes(either of yours) and find some alone time for yourself . See it as a beginning of a new life, new search, new excitements :)

my friends are helping me get over him.. by talking to me all the time so i won't overeat! :) they're kinda scared of me jumping into foods for comfort. so as of now, i can say it's not that hard coz i don't feel alone.

good to know about your caring friends. Anyways, i went completely out of hunger last time i had a breakup. surprisingly that worked well for me. I actually lost some weight that month :P
