Thsiun: Try cauliflower rice - it is close. I like it with different spices and the texture is kinda close to rice. Of course it doesn't replace it. Search google on cauliflower rice and you will see many recipes.

Yes, Perks54, cauliflower rice isn't bad but I kinda miss the texture of the real thing. I'm going to try it with butter chicken one of these days.

I'm not a big fan of riced cauliflower as a substitute for plain rice, however I've made riced cauliflower risotto before. The texture is a little bit different, but add garlic and parmesan? Very tasty.
