40 minute walk on the treadmill, 2mph to start, worked up to 3mph, then cooled down at 2.5mph. Also tried the arc trainer. Really liked it! Wednesday is my first day working with my new personal trainer, who I will be working with at least 4 times a week.
7 Months until our trip to the Mayan Riviera!!!!
