Gained my weight back and have to start over, again! Oh well, here is to new beginnings!

1460 kcal Fat: 90.21g | Prot: 89.33g | Carb: 77.22g.   Breakfast: fuji apple, half and half, Endulge Caramel Nut Chew Bar. Lunch: butter, cabbage, cooked, sugar free jello, corned beef, light sour cream, green pepper. Dinner: shredded cheese, black olives, ground turkey, lettuce, romaine, salsa. Snacks/Other: smart balance peanut butter, polaner with fiber, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, celery. more...
