No dinner for me. My best 5K yet. Sub 30 minutes within the next 30 days.

Thanks JB. Is 1 glass of red wine w/a shot of brandy, pistachios, 1 square of dark chocolate considered dinner? I will log it as a snack for today tomorrow when I get into the office. Running late in the evening gets me wired. I could have had 5mg of melatonin but wife was drinking a glass of wine and it looked so tasty. Good night buddies.

Thanks T8, JudyR, Poppy, and Maxine. Be warned all. Aerobic exercise too close to bed time could mess with your sleep. Couldn't fall asleep until 12 am and started tossing and turning at 2:40 A.M. So here I am again logging away.

Wish I could run, I think it is still ingrained in me that I still weigh 427#s, I do feel like that some days, Even when I buy clothes, I go for the XXL size. My wife is a runner, rower, wants me to try my first 5k, Turkey Trout, Thanksgiving break !!!
