I feel like a snail,feel like this weight is really comming off too slow, I am really weak, when it comes to eating out.Don't know what to order on a Mexican menu!!Blew it there.As long as I am in the- I am thankful.10 tenths make a whole. WooHoo
210.6 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Losing weight a a marathon, not a sprint. On a Mexican menu you can always order the fajita - and don't eat the tortillas - and either skip or go light on the sour cream and guacamole. And no chips or margaritas. If you want an adult beverage that goes well with Mexican food, Bloody Mary's do the trick. If you order meat fajitas, go for chicken. Lots of protein, low carbs, as low fat as you'll get at Mexican food.

Tinker, just saw your comment 2 months later,thanks and I just don't do mexican much, I can't resist the chips , but they did put a grilled chicken salad on the menue for us I am always missing comments hope you are having a good spring always hate to shed the coat, feel like a turtle out of its shell good luck happy dieting
