Soulnoid's Journal, 19 March 2012

Day 58- Ok, I had a little too much fun over the weekend and screwed things up. I went out Sat night to a concert and many bars on the way; it was St. Patrick’s Day! Then on Sunday tailgated the Philly Union game and drank some more…… As for food, I did not have the selection I would have liked, but on the other hand, I feel like I did not eat anything… I am pretty sure, besides beer, my intake was waaaaay to low for the past few days. In other words, my body is holding onto a few pounds. Well, time to clean the system out and see the end results in the next few days.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 March 2012:
1359 kcal Fat: 62.21g | Prot: 74.81g | Carb: 138.58g.   Breakfast: Hard-Boiled Egg, Coffee with Cream. Lunch: cucumber, Mushrooms, Sesame Soy Ginger Vinaigrette, Baby Spinach, bell pepper, Grape Tomatoes. Dinner: trader joes brown rice, asparagus, sweet sausage. Snacks/Other: Bananas, ABC Trek Mix, trader joe's creamer. more...

As long as you can have fun once in a while, then get back to your routine when the fun is over, that's important. I have a hard time letting my bad habits go once I've started them. Good luck, I hope you still see a loss this week!!

If it weren't for the booze I'd have hit my goal by now. Or at least that's what I tell myself. But in the moment I'd rather have a beer and some fun than go home and be lame. After a tipsy indulgence, or late night drunken snacks that are really 2 meals worth of food...I loathe myself! :-)
