Today Menu

Breakfast: 2 pieces of chicken lumpia
1 mug of coffee

Lunch: 1 medium grapefruit
2 medium apple
1 medium orange

Dinner: Oatmeal with kale

Smoothie before bed: parsley smoothie with lemon
163.1 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week
