Did my fitness test for the UFC trainer. I did a workout then signed up for the 60 day program and it wanted me to start today. No way. I did 17 min of tired. They have a schedule for when to work out so that you stay committed. It is like a class. I am going to eat whatever I want for the rest of the day and not care. Tomorrow is a new day and begins a new week and I think my challenge starts tomorrow or Monday. Time to get serious. I decided I want to get it together and I want a relatioship. My kids will be both leaving next year and I don't want to be alone. I also don't want to be fat either. I want to feel good in my skin so when I lose the weight will be the time to move on...
