AAAAAHHHH ONEDERLAND #199 THAT ESCAPED ME, AFTER MY RECENT TRIP TO NY CITY FOR FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL, I'M BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN, NOW I JUST NEED TO STAY THERE, I BETTER HOLD ON TIGHT FOR THE RIDE, AND MY JOURNEY GOES ON !!!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 228.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
