I've fallen off track a little bit due to always going out and not being home to have a healthy meal. Just something about getting food fast and not having to do much is the way to go when you're always on the go. I've kick started my old meal preps and the things I used to eat. I think putting myself on a tight budget might be the way to go. But I always tell myself I'm serious this time and somehow fail. Maybe if I go out a little less and stay home instead will help me a whole lot in the calorie intake. Today was a little better but I found myself getting hunger pains through the day and no matter the amount of water I drank it didn't help at all. So I snacked here and there to get rid of the pains.
