Done with my new tattoo for now. Seems that watching my calories and getting those in-between run sessions (no weights) helped me maintain while I got the ink and lose. Calories in - calories out healthier eating, and whatever you can do to work off any of those days you may have had a good time out with friends, family, etc. that caused a few more calories then your goal to lose. :)
