Meal planning and prepping for me has always been the challenge. knowing what to have and when to have it.
I would KILL for a database where you entered your macros, selected what type of meal you were prepping, and then the database just spat out some meal suggestions for you 😕

I'm making my own limited formulaic DB, and weighing out freezer portions to match. It's a slow process but I believe it will make this woe sustainable for me.
