I went off my diet after several visits from family and could never seam to get back at it. I tried and tried and I'm trying again.
I'm seriously putting myself back on track!
Wish me luck and I need some recipes that are good low carb and ow calories!
275.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
