Today was very bad-Family get togther. I grazed all day. My mom makes the best cakes, cookies and always has the best ice cream....I totally binged. BUT I did workout one hour in the morning and 1 hr and 30 mins this evening. Im sooo stuffed and I feel gulity but I take responsibilty for my actions today and hopefully this wont happen for another few months. I need to re foucs my diet and get a "mini" satsifying treat daily that way I dont binge!!
