Have you ever weighed yourself and were so disappointed so you didn't want to record it? ...because you know you'll work it off and eat a few less calories etc...etc..etc... Well I've been doing that for two+ weeks now since 8/4/17, Thank you FatSecret for the date/time stamp. Well it is what it is. I'm not giving up!
I'm on a beach trip for 5 days with lots of parties and fun. My plan is to counter all of the eating and drinking fun with long run/walks on the beach every day!!!
