Good Morning! Day 4 of P90 is complete and I have crested the soreness hill that comes with any workout regiment that is experienced during the first week. I cannot begin to tell you how good I feel and how much more energy I have during the day. I wonder why I would ever decide not to workout when I feel as good as I do know.
I took my before pictures and plan to take 30, 60, and 90 day photos to track my progression. Its awesome to have my daughter walk into the room and say, "Can I do it the workout with you?". Thats why I love being home to workout rather than at a gym.
I am starting to look for a new bathing suit for this summer....I think I am going to buy one knowing that it is too small for me now but I will be able to fit into it by July. What size to choose.....
