Okay, so maybe not back on track all the way... there WAS leftover pizza in the fridge today from the party last night...Yes. I ate it. And then because it was so filling and we ate so late we didn't do dinner. Just a smoothie, some popcorn, and pistachios with a movie. But although my carbs were outta whack, I did keep the calories within acceptable limits. Tomorrow I kick the carbs out again (pizza will be gone since we ate it all for lunch today :)

Oh, no worries :) I'm pretty forgiving of a once-in-a-while indulgence. I figure I deserve a couple of days break from the grind. I have been doing this since Jan 1, and tracking on FatSecret since Jan 13 or so. I've lost at a good sustainable pace thus far. But I know I have to be back on the Primal Blueprint wagon tomorrow. Otherwise it is too easy to slip back into my former eating habits I have worked so hard to change.

You will be fine. Think about your health. Think about the damage the grains do to us. They make us want them...the carbs that is! They are the ones that want us under their control. You can do this. You are beautiful!
