Yeah...no excuse...this is my cheat day...no self control at all...training all day with catering, then wifey wanted to go out for Chinese dinner so we went to a buffet...again terrible choice...so much for my hard work...tomorrow will be better, even though I'm going out of town I will be packing a lunch and no cheating available...

I still can't get over my lack of control today...I have to learn that just because everyone else is eating it, you don't have to (not that there is healthy choices available at a buffet, but I could have chosen to not eat there and went to Subway or something...really disappointed with myself)

I guess this is just part of the learning, although I should have known better...no excuses, I messed up...moving on...

I'm happy with my new low and will work extra hard to maintain after the food fiasco today...no worries!!
