Today was our company's Christmas dinner. I have attended them before so I knew in advance what they would serve, Heres the menu, pulled pork turkey breast mshed potatoes gravy rolls corn canned cranberies brownies
I had a big helping of the turkey and had brought a salad with me knowing what the menu would be. I am a big woman and I had several people offer to go get me a "real" plate of food. They though that because I was in a wheel chair I wasn't able to get to the buffet. One person offered me her brownie. My girlfriend finally bless her, said, are you trying to kill her, she's dieabetic!! Anyway I survived the dinner with nary a foul taste. I actually felt sorry for these people because I knew how tired this meal was going to make them. I worked late till after 6 and I go in at 6 in the morning. I had younger people then me asking to leave early. MMM must be the Atkins.. I feel really good.

Great job!! I also had to nagivate the office Christmas party feast last Friday so I know exactly how you feel. I made low carb coleslaw for my contribution so I knew that I would have at least 1 side dish that I could eat! You will be so happy that you chose Atkins, especially when it comes to your health!

Wow, you did great. That is a horrible menu that they serve. I have never been to any catered dinner where they didn't serve salad. I always fill up on salad and meat. Anyway, good job.
